The 2021 Global Workforce Burnout Study

In year 2 of the Global Workplace Burnout study, we continue to see the growth of burnout across industries and the world. As the world continues to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic, the pressures on employees are growing. Read the latest research on the trends in burnout and data-based recommendations on how organisations can mitigate burnout. In this year's report, we introduce the RISE framework to help organisations create the environment that allows leaders to tackle burnout.

Explore our 2020 Global Workforce Burnout Study
